There are some factors attract me to watch this movie ! 1st of all is KHURAFAT(superstition) is directed by a young director who had directed numbers of Gangster & Car Drift's movies and just won the Best Director Award for his outstanding previous movie "KL Drift II". Secondly..He himself leads this horror movie as the main actor !! a good investment from Syamsul Yusof because KHURAFAT had collected $ 4.2 million in a week !!! SCARY TO DEATH !!! I said to myself !! It is the scariest movie so far ! and above of all..Malay Ghosts are the scariest than others.

Synopsis :

The story begins with a man named Johan who work at a government hospital as a medical assistant and is happily married to his wife Aishah. The newlywed couples' life is disrupted when Johan’s ex-girlfriend Anna appears and tries to win him back.

Her failure to lure him in again resulted in a suicide. Now the death of Anna is the culmination of mysterious event that is haunting Aishah and Johan. Will the couple get out of this madness or will it follow them forever?

I love this movie! I am used to being able to guess the ending of movies but not on this one. The main roles lead by Depp & Jolie and the beautiful of Paris & Venice enchanted me from the beginning of the movie till it ends.

Angelina Jolie (Elise) is at her usual beautiful self. The first 15 minutes of the movie has her walking with minimal conversation and the elegance at which she does this will not let your eyes leave the screen. Johnny Depp (Frank) is at his usual brilliant self. Cool, calm and witty, I even can see glimpses of Captain Sparrow in his role.
