Cinema-ing Jackie Chan~

Thumbs up for Jackie Chan's latest movie " The Spy Next Door " which brings back the Jackie Mania and the martial arts' phenomenon in the film industry all over the world. I really enjoyed watching the movie at the Empire with my friend, Azizul last Saturday night, 16th January. I rate this movie 4 out of 5

.Jackie Chan plays as Bob Ho, an undercover CIA super spy who decides to give up his career in espionage to settle down with his next-door neighbor and girlfriend, Gillian (Amber Valletta) but he has one more mission to complete before Gillian agrees to marry him : winning over her three opinionated kids.

When Gillian suddenly has to leave town for some days, Bob volunteers to babysit her children so he can earn their approval but when one of the kids mistakenly downloads a top-secret formula from his computer, Bob’s archenemy, a Russian terrorist, moves in for the attack, forcing Bob to juggle the roles of spy and prospective stepfather in the most challenging mission of his career !

Memang Sakti "Bagaikan Sakti" !

Believe it or not ! The golden magical voices of M.Nasir & Siti Nurhaliza were on the first night of the New Year ! The two legendary artistes were paired for the first time in a concert. They have never staged a concert together nor performed their duet “Bagaikan Sakti” live before this. I really luv the chemistry from both super-duper stars..
.
The entire Esplanade Theatre in Singapore was filled to the brim as the Lion Island welcomed M.Nasir and Siti Nurhaliza in their first ever appearance for ‘Bagaikan Sakti’ on the 1st of January 2010. All tickets were sold out in it’s first month ever since it was released. ‘Bagaikan Sakti’ was organised by Beyond Events and airs LIVE on Astro for $5 (Brunei) and $10RM (Malaysia).

M.Nasir completely conquered the next segment with "Sahabat", "Ada", ‘Hati Emas’, "Sentuhan Listrik"(i luv this song!!) among other hits, including the late Sudirman’s "Milik Siapa Gadis Ini".

The duo brought to life the eternal romance of Puteri Gunung Ledang in their signature duet, "Bagaikan Sakti" and other duet hits including "Ghazal untuk Rabiah", "Suatu Masa", "Mawarku" and the new song called "Hanya Semalam"~ Memang sakti Bagaikan Sakti mereka..Absolutely magic!!
