Kenangan Titian Minda 2011 (Part I)

Saat mendebarkan !! pelbagai persoalan bercampur-baur di kotak fikiran...

1- Adakah aku mampu menyahut cabaran negara ini ?
2- Siapa agaknya penuntut-penuntut berada dalam my team ?
3- Kalau peluang keemasan ini ditolak..mustahil dapat offer ni lagi..kan kan ??

Day 1 - 17th July
.
We d Bruneians checked in at d Rizqun Hotel at 12 noon on d 17th July. The girls kena pergi make-up While we were performing our Friday prayer. Then we semua (boys & girls) headed to the airport waiting delegasi dari Singapura. Sekitar jam 2.35 petang, kelibat delegasi Singapura mula kelihatan. Kemesraan seperti sudah lama berkenalan walhal itulah kali pertama kami bersua muka. Kamera video dari pihak RTB tidak putus-putus merakamkan saat-saat tersebut. Terasa bagaikan celebrity pun ada jugak !! haha..
.
Bas kami terus membawa kami semua ke RTB Sungai Akar. Briefing dan undian terus dijalankan di sana. Rasmilah, i was in d Opposition Team (penyanggah) with Sawardi & Nurul Iman (Bruneians) bersama dengan Zakiah, Atiqah & Tamliikhaa from Singapore berkalaborasi dengan C. Affandi with motion " MEDIA BARU MEMBAWA PADAH" - New Media leads to destruction. All the way to the RTB & the Rizqun Hotel, we were escorted by Brunei Police Traffics.. Haaa...memang sebijik macam celebrities kan ? LOLz..

At night, kami semua dialu-alukan ke Welcoming Dinner di Restoran Pondok Sari Wangi. d food was sooo tasty..saya bersetuju dengan kata-kata Arif dari Singapura. Brunei ni umpama syurga bagi mereka. Di samping makanan yang begitu enak, kehalalannya terjamin !! Terdetik di hati saya, alangkah bertuahnya menjadi warganegara di negara Islam ini. Pihak kerajaan prihatin tentang sumber makanan yang dijual dan cara penyediaannya. Salute to pihak kerajaan !! (bukan membodek yerrr)

Day 2 - 18th July
.

We had a discussion at RTB Sungai Akar in the morning. My team di Tingkat 3 while the Preposition Team at the 1st floor. The 1st discussion lasted for 3 hours. Then we had our lunch at d Mall. erm...dugaan for my team, Atiqah & i terkena "Food Poisoning" !! Effect nya semasa we did a shooting at d WaterFront sebelah petang !! headache in sudden !! vomited all my lunch !! ewww... Thank God i brought my Bio C Plus Vitamin & Calcium/Magnesium Supplement Food !! so effect nya around 10 hours !! Atiqah paling saya kesiann..terpaksa turun naik ke klinik & hospital hari-hari..keadaannya lemah & my team kekurangan 1 peserta..kami sentiasa doakan Atiqah lekas sembuh kerana kami tahu dia antara d best debater in Singapore..

Day 3 - 19th July
.

jam 9 pagi program berkayak canoe-ing hehe di Pantai Serasa. i still not feeling very well..tapi dikuatkan semangat "as a coach/teacher advisor..Aku mesti sihat !!" wahhh semangatt tu..hehe..

Seperti biasa..my room 535 menjadi main port for my team..bestt dapat kumpul ramai-ramai hingga mencetuskan idea-idea gila for 3 acts in Titian minda..dialog yang selamba..tetapi dekat dengan masyarakat hari ini..even makcik-makcik pun boleh gelak..tak caya ?? hehe..even i said to my team "Sifu dah terhidu bau-bau kemenangan" hehe..bukan nak riak !! tapi kata-kata ini sedikit sebanyak motivates & menaikkan level of confidence diaorang..

Alhamdulillah..rezeki dari Allah SWT, i was appointed as one of the coach/teacher advisor for the Bridging Mind 2011 bermula pada 17 Julai hingga 26 Julai.

Titian Minda (Bridging Mind) salah satu program usahama MoU (Memorandum Persefahaman) antara Brunei Darussalam dan Singapura yang amat popular dan dinanti-nantikan di kedua buah negara dengan menguji penuntut dalam bentuk pemikiran serta lakonan pentas..

My New Baby RX-8 !!!

Welcome home..my new sport baby RX-8 open roof edition.. " shapa berani melarang aku mBali aaa? " wahahaha..i ve been dreamed of owning a red sport car since last year. My mum kept asking me whether i would choose a 4wd car either "Fortuner, Tucson, BMW or Lexus" this time but i didn't say anything. My stubborn head kept saying that i must have a red sport car (without knowing which car i would buy) Indeed, i still love my BMW !! she's my first baby ! and RX-8 honestly doesn't come into my mind until my sister asked me to accompany her to Grand Motor at Beribi. My 1st expression seeing RX-8 displayed in a showroom was WOWW !! Besides, the red color model is very limited & rare.. & now here i am !! driving my new baby down the streets !! kerjaa gilakkk bebenooo..hehe

it looks futuristic and sleek and it is powered by a high-revving 1.3-litre rotary engine.

No Plastic Bag Weekend Launched !!

ATTENTION all shoppers:
Remember to bring your re-usable bags as the "No Plastic Bag" drive will now be every Saturday and Sunday in Brunei.

.

The Ministry of Development (MoD) has inked deals with 18 stores to cut down on the use of plastic bags.
.
The "No Plastic Bag Weekend" initiative will start on March 26, the same day the global "Earth Hour" drive will be observed.
.
Aiming to reach a recycling rate of 15 per cent by 2015, and 20 per cent by 2020, the ministry is turning its focus to green initiatives by reducing, reusing and recycling.
.
The agreement with 18 retail stores reads that plastic bags distributed upon the sale of products will be withheld on weekends from March 26.
.
Local stores that signed the agreement include :

Hua Ho, Supa Save, Giant Hypermart, Jaya Hypermart, Millimewah, First Emporium, National Inn Emporium, Pertama Department Store, Pertama Jaya, Sin Kiew Hin, Sin Kim Huat, Soon Lee Megamart, Utama Grand, Teguh Raya, Warisan Utama Jaya, Body Shop, Mothercare and Bebeland.

Batu Bujang Pahang Hill's Trip

More than 60 members of Adventure Club & FUGEN paid a visit to Kampong Menunggol in Berambang Island. To reach the destination, we had to travel using boats and buses while the final leg of our trip had to be completed on foot – a roughly 0.926km walk – to the peak of Batu Bujang Pahang Hill.

Though the journey was challenging, we were treated to beautiful scenery and felt a sense of satisfaction and fun along the journey.

Eggs ???? haha..we had a game with those eggs which based on trustworthy..

The forest along our way to the hill is untarnished and there are signboards to guide visitors. At the peak of Batu Bujang Pahang Hill, the view of the Brunei River below mesmerized the visitors.
